a) The player is responsible for his account and password and must keep it safe and never pass it on to third parties.

b) Providing an account and password to other players does not release them from liability, and any act that occurs that goes against the rules, the account will be punished, that is, if you ignore item A and lend your account to someone else and that person does it against the regulation, the account will be banned even if you did not break the rule.

c) Sharing an account and password with other players is not allowed by the server, as stated in item A, we are not responsible for items or zuly that may disappear, or a deleted character.

d) The server stores encrypted passwords, so even if there is an intrusion, you will never be able to discover passwords. In case of account theft, the server will not be responsible for any item or zuly removed from the account. Use strong password and login, do not share account, do not use easy passwords. NewRose Online uses the most modern means to guarantee the security of your account, do the same and you will have no problems with thefts.

e) The trading of accounts and game items between players using the currency of any country is considered illegal by the server administration. So don't do it because the punishment is the permanent blocking of the account.

f) The fact that the player made a donation and received cash does not exempt him from the server rules. All punishments can and will be applied to these players. So if you have a cash item this is one more reason to keep your login and password well, never share your account and follow Rose Online International rules and regulations.

g) Cash for the purchase of special items in the game is received by the player through donation, and it is not up to the player to claim a refund, either for a banned account, or for any other reason. To play NewRose Online you don't need to pay anything, and you can reach the maximum level and enjoy all the normal features of the game without the need for Cash, so Donating to receive Cash is optional and non-refundable.

h) Cash re-sale is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED (virtual money for purchases of virtual items at the server's mall). The announcement of sale in the game, forum or any other means and the purchase of cash from third parties will result in the permanent blocking of the account. The sale and purchase of cash safely is only possible on the NewRose Online server website. NEVER BUY CASH FROM THIRD PARTIES, YOU WILL BE BANNED and you can fall into a scam run out of money and never receive cash.

i) In the event of a server crash, for whatever reason, which causes the character to roll back, NewRose Online is under no obligation to replace the items, zuly, purchases or any change in the character due to the problem. NewRose Online is not responsible for any loss caused by the player and in cases of technical problems or misuse of the player.
